The hydraulic testing and the testing of acetylene cylinders is carried out under control of the official authorities as there are :

Actually the goal is to become - in a short laps of time - an independing testing shop working as per European Norms. The next project to be realised is the ultrasonic testing

Other legal tests which are carried out are :
 


weight control
control on wall thickness
internal and external optical control
control on the color coding of the cylinder

 

Other maintenance activities on cylinders are :
 


internal cleaning or blasting
external blasting, primer and finishing painting
mounting of new valves
changing neckrings
placing labels as per ADR legislation
 

Also the complete demounting of piping and valves on cylinder racks with the complete inspection can be carried out.

For the time being a new production hall of 1200 M2 is build and this new unit will have the possibility of powder painting the cylinders - which is environmentally much better than the classical solvent paints.
